In order to cater to the needs of our numerous customers the distribution method adopted by the sales department is the geographical type. Thus the entire sales function is divided into regions; the National Sales Manager is responsible for the coordination of sales activities in all regions. While the Regional Sales Managers are responsible for the coordination of sales activities within their respective regions, the Regional sales force structure is further segmented into telesales and direct sales units. This is to ensure optimism reach and satisfaction of our customers.
