The firm provides company-secretarial services to our clients including incorporation and establishment of joint ventures and local subsidiaries, obtaining regulatory and licensing approvals, immigration and work permits and expatriate quotas. The firm also acts as the legal department for a number of prominent clients who have found it more efficient and cost effective to out-source this function to our firm.
