In the case where a user-organisation requires external technical expertise to implement a particular software package, as a result of inadequate in-house systems resources, we provide services for other less familiar application software. This includes implementation and specific product training. Where required we also provide post-implementation support for such applications. As Value Added Resellers, we are well acquainted with other software products that we have not yet developed, with a view to providing the best of these to our clients, on our solution platforms. By this way, we insulate our clients from the hazards of wrong software solutions, thus ensuring the appropriate benefits from their investments.
